Each unit features stainless steel appliances and furnished common areas, including a sofa, loveseat, barstools, TV, coffee table, and end tables. An in-unit washer and dryer are also included. Leases are individual, so each room and bathroom is leased separately, providing flexibility and privacy. Athens Commons is exclusively available to college students and features a community pool. Reserved parking is available, both covered and uncovered, for an additional fee of $75-$100. The application fee is $85. Applicants must have an income of at least three times the rent, and guarantors are accepted and encouraged.
